How to get here

Our studio is located in the Pogodno district of Szczecin — just a few minutes by tram from the city center.

You can take tram lines 7 or 8 and get off at the stop Wawrzyniaka. From there, it’s a 3-minute walk.

If you’re coming by car, there’s free street parking available on Wielkopolska, Śląska, and surrounding streets — just make sure to check for any local signage.

How to prepare

Coming to your first class? You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced. Just come as you are. Our space is warm, quiet, and welcoming — we’re here to guide you at your own pace. You’ll be met with softness, not performance.

We recommend arriving around 10 minutes early to settle in and slow down before class begins. Avoid eating a heavy meal right before, wear comfortable clothes, and switch your phone off. Everything else — we’ve got you.
